Clinical Research, Medical Technologist & Lab Technician

Job Responsibilities- Perform data entry of patient’s results in a timely and accurate manner
- Print out and distribute daily worksheets for technical staff
- Use various laboratory systems to enter test results
- Ensure test results are stored in their proper location
- Call client with test results when necessary
- Order supplies for the department when needed
- Other administrative and clerical tasks as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 months or more of specimen processing experience
- 3 months or more of medical or laboratory experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills; proficient with computers
- Comfortable with handling biological specimens
- Ability to accurately identify specimens
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and meet established turn‑around times
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement and employee stock purchase plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan.
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
