This is an hourly + tips role with opportunities to grow within a community-focused business.

• Lead the Team: Oversee and motivate team members during your shift to ensure high-quality service and timely, cost-effective food quality.
• Coach the Team: Learn our system, train employees, and monitor operations to exceed customer expectations.
• Keep Things Moving: Assist with food prep and stock, line operations, and ensure orders meet company standards.
• Stay Organized: Manage shift responsibilities and task delegation, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts.
• Engage with Guests: Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns professionally and cheerfully.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all procedures and health and safety protocols.

• LOVE working in food service!
• At least 1–2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, food-service environment.
• Above-average time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Basic knife skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (mornings, afternoons, evenings).
