As a Wait Staff server, and a Forest Team Member, you’ll help support this mission by providing assistance in all dining service functions, such as serving meals in our three dining venues, delivering to go meals, and stocking the kitchen and dining rooms.

• Prior experience in dietary, dining, and/or food service is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Can-do spirit; able to build positive relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive.
• Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Team player; happy to help others when needed.
