• Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Support daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functioning
• Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Monitor food quality, portioning, and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the kitchen
• Close and lead shifts effectively, setting a positive tone

• Previous restaurant, kitchen, or leadership experience preferred
• Enthusiastic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening and night shifts reliably
• Able to close Monday-Saturday
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices
• Serv Safe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong team player with ability to manage performance and behavior issues
• Reliable transportation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Flexible scheduling with closed Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
• Competitive pay:
  Part-time $12-$18/hr, Full-time $15-$27/hr
