Overview

Seasonal “Brick Specialist” for the LEGO® Brand Retail team, providing inspirational guest experiences in an interactive store environment. Part‑time, seasonal role requiring energetic and enthusiastic individuals.

• Ensuring a signature experience for every guest by greeting guests, performing all cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner (80%).
• Providing a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment through daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and learning/implementing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
• Safely and efficiently operating the store stockroom: assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining the stockroom to L  standards, observing safety regulations and notifying management of potential shortages (10%).
• Communicating effectively with team members and guests, processing information/merchandise through the register system, and working varied hours, days, nights and weekends as business demands.
• Freely accessing all store areas including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas and loading dock.
• Potential for transition to a regular role based on performance.

• Constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Lifting at least 30 lbs is required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
