Rack Room Shoes -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising and managing day-to-day store operations while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures;
Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff;
In the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, assume full responsibility for store operations;
Aim to meet and exceed sales, service and operational objectives;
Manage customer issues with urgency and satisfaction;
Oversee POS transactions, pricing management, inventory control, merchandising, payroll and scheduling;
Support training and development of direct reports;
Participate in loss prevention and asset protection initiatives
