Sleep Expert

Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to deliver exceptional in-store sales experiences and help customers find the right sleep solutions. In this role, you'll greet and guide customers through mattress and bedding options, conduct needs assessments, demonstrate products, and close sales to meet individual and store goals. You'll maintain showroom standards, handle POS transactions, and support merchandising and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
• Assess customer sleep needs and recommend appropriate mattresses and bedding products
• Demonstrate product features and explain warranties, financing, and promotions
• Close sales to achieve individual and store performance goals
• Operate POS systems to process payments, financing, and returns accurately
• Maintain showroom appearance, signage, and product displays
• Assist with inventory tasks, including stock checks and product placement
• Follow Mattress Firm sales processes, policies, and customer service standards
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions
• Support community and promotional events as needed
