Duties & Responsibilities:

As part of being aSiteManager you willbe responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Hiring, training, and developing exceptional teammates

• Driving site revenue by growing Limitless membership counts monthly

• Create Caliber Fans through daily interactions with customers

• Daily upkeep and maintenance of the building and car wash equipment, insuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment for customers

• Forming business to business relationships (House accounts, Chamber of Commerce participation, marketing, fundraisers, etc.)

• Other tasks delegated to you for your site.

Experience:

Caliber Car Wash is seeking to hire full-time Site Manager with a minimum of five years of customer service management experience toexecute Caliber’s mission to offer customers the highest Caliber clean ata great valuewith friendly customer service, EVERY DAY.

The Site Manager  will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, and all aspects of the business to maintain the quality, efficiency, and profitability of thesite. This job requires connecting with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner. The use of persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the work process is an important aspectof this position.

Strong attention to detail and seeing things through to completion area must.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum offive (5) years’ management experience; service industry experience strongly preferred

• Selling ideasand training to others and the ability to teach,motivate and coacha teamof part time andfull timeemployeesisa must

• Be passionate about delivering superior customer service and take pride in driving location successwithdemonstratedleadership skills

• Possess excellent listening, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills

• Thrive in a team environment and be a positive team player

• Be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends

• Have computerandpoint of salesystemsproficiency

• Must have proven problem-solving skills

• Must be dependable and willing to take ownership

• Have initiative and be goal oriented to react quickly to issues and concerns

• Be organized and trustworthy with good speaking skills

• Have experience in acompetitive sales driven environment

• Experience using tools and some maintenance exposure

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift at least
  50lbs.

• Must be able to be on your feet for the duration of your shift

• Must be able to withstand outside weather conditions

• Must be able to twist, bend, and lift as needed
