Sur La Table in North Carolina is seeking a Store Floor Lead to inspire customers and support store leadership. You will act as Manager on Duty, coaching teams, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring a guest-obsessed culture on the floor.
You will drive sales, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold SOPs while coordinating with the GM/SM. 20–25 hour weeks with flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends, are common.
