American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to help drive sales team success.

What You’ll Do:
- Support Sales Manager in hitting monthly HVAC sales targets
- Motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors
- Lead sales meetings when needed
- Assist with weekend sales operations (Saturday/Sunday)
- Oversee retail lead generation efforts and travel to partner stores
- Track KPIs and report to retail partners weekly
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of in-home sales leadership experience (HVAC strongly preferred)
- Strong organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer proficiency (MS Office; CRM experience a plus)
- Comfort with basic math and geometry
- Goal-driven mindset and a passion for success
