Job Overview

The Broadband Specialist works to expand our customer base by engaging with potential customers through door‑to‑door interactions. You will present T‑Mobile’s latest offers, answer questions, and help customers transition to our services, driving success for the Direct‑to‑Consumer sales program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Engage and achieve sales targets with potential customers through door‑to‑door and community interactions, presenting T‑Mobile’s latest offers and services.
  • Conduct post‑sales follow‑up with customers as needed to support an exceptional customer experience.
Education & Work Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (Preferred).
  • Less than 2 years’ experience in direct sales or retail, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
  • Experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target‑driven role.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in direct consumer sales, particularly door‑to‑door tactics (Required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating offers and persuading customers (Required).
  • Strong customer engagement ability to address inquiries and facilitate seamless integration into T‑Mobile services (Required).
  • Advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements and surpass targets (Required).
  • Problem‑solving competence to resolve issues during the sales process (Required).
  • Adaptability to modify sales approaches based on customer needs and market conditions (Required).
  • Ability to deliver engaging product presentations about T‑Mobile’s services (Required).
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) – preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP) – preferred.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Travel

Required.

Compensation

Base pay: $30,000.00 per year.
Annualized incentive target: $48,600.

Full‑time employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
