Qualifications & Responsibilities What You’ll Do- Inspire and Connect:
Build strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their needs and dreams, and matching them with the perfect new home. - Showcase Excellence:
Become an expert on our product line—highlighting unique features, benefits, and customization options that set our homes apart. - Lead the Journey:
Guide clients through every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and pre-construction, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. - Achieve and Exceed:
Routinely meet sales goals of 2 homes per month, adapting to changing targets and market conditions. - Drive Results:
Self-generate leads through creative channels, including hosting monthly realtor brokerage meetings and leveraging your network. - Stay Organized:
Efficiently manage our CRM system to track leads, document communications, and keep every detail on point. - Collaborate and Grow:
Work closely with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and the marketing team to deliver exceptional service and drive customer satisfaction. - Champion Customer
Experience:
Provide weekly updates via our customer communication app, handle change orders, collect deposits, and ensure every buyer feels supported. - Promote and Market:
Generate and manage co-marketing agreements, organize materials, and coordinate listing updates to keep our homes front and center.
- Previous experience in sales—real estate or home construction preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and a drive for organization.
