Your role at Clorox:The Category Expert at assigned Customer(s); is the primary Clorox interface and Category expert with Customer(s).
In this role, you will:- Engage our People as Business Owners :
Coaches, develops, motivates team members as appropriate. Develop individual capabilities to promote growth. 20% - Drive the Business : leads execution of volume, net sales, AMPS and profit objectives for assigned Categories %
- Customer Planning and Development :
Understands and drives Business planning process for assigned Categories ivers Joint Business Plans for assigned Categories at Customer that achieve results and are within trade budget. 30% - Build Capability to Drive Growth and Eliminate Waste :
Facilitates connection between Customer team, cross-functional resources and category counterparts. Manages Broker relationships, if appropriate. 20%
- Typically requires 5-7+ years of CPG experience
- Clorox external (Field Sales/Customer) or equivalent experience
- Clorox Internal (Sales Planning) experience beneficial
- Strong Customer knowledge
- Consultative/Solution selling
- Customer Business Planning-process and tools (i.e. Siebel, Forecasting)
- Leverages the Clorox matrix
- Broker Management and Influence (as appropriate)
- Cross-functional Knowledge and Influence
This role is looking to preferably hire within one of the Clorox Hub locations with the ability to go into the office 3x per week, in accordance with our Hybrid 2.0 Policy. Open to considering top qualified talent that is remote.
Benefits and Compensation:We offer comprehensive, competitive benefits that prioritize wellbeing and provide flexibility for our teammates’ unique needs. Salary ranges are based on location zone:
- Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200
- Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200
- Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
