Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Intrafusion services
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices and hospitals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Negotiate and close complex sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
  • Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify complex sales opportunities
  • Experience building relationships with executive-level healthcare professionals
