What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead a sales team within the designated region, focusing on strategic account planning and relationship management for existing and new customers
  • Establish a collaborative and energetic working environment while holding the sales team accountable for achieving sales forecasts
  • Generate a long-term sales pipeline and develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Actively participate in customer engagement with up to 50% travel
  • Support the sales team in negotiating large contracts and resolving complex customer service issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales/public safety experience or 8+ years of sales/public safety experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically
  • Knowledge of Miller‑Heiman sales methodology
  • A track record of making or exceeding assigned sales goals
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with excellent negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Experience selling video and/or software solutions
