Spectrum Event Sales Representative
Synergy Sales Co. in Durham, NC is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing Direct Sales & Marketing team, promoting products and services for our Fortune 500 clients in residential, retail, and event settings.

Position Entails- Promote Spectrum products & services to build brand awareness and acquire new customers inside big‑box retail locations.
- Staff events (community engagement, branded booth/tent) and retail promotions (in‑store giveaways).
- Demonstrate product knowledge with quality sales presentations.
- Process transactions and complete customer registration using the client’s app.
- Maintain assigned territory, building relationships with local venues and retail partners.
- Uncapped commissions and cash bonus incentives.
- First‑year on‑target earnings of $65K–$75K+.
- Upward mobility after 90 days.

- Previous success in sales, prospecting, or cold calling; 2+ years of direct sales experience preferred.

- Ability to educate consumers on related products and services.
- Motivated and driven sales closer with a desire to earn $65K+ in the first year.
- Strong technical proficiency.
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Aspiration to grow within the company.
- Previous direct‑sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
