* Summary:

** The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers.
*
* Supervisory Responsibilities:

** This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* ** include the following:
*** Meets dealership sales goals
* Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department.
* Greet customers in the Service Drive daily and determine if there are any Xtream opportunities with scheduled service customers’ vehicles.
* Engages in business development
* Addresses customer concerns
* Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers.
* Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers.
* Prepare Xtream reports and metrics as requested.
* Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager
* Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
* Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
* Participates in required training
* Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
* Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
* Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
* Complies with Company policies and procedures
* Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
