Greasecycle is expanding throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia and is seeking a bilingual Outside Sales Representative to develop new used cooking oil (UCO) collection accounts throughout the region.
This is a true outside sales role focused on generating new business, building long‑term customer relationships, and creating opportunities within one of the fastest‑growing segments of the food‑service industry.
You’ll spend your time in the field meeting restaurant owners, food manufacturers, kitchen operators, and business decision‑makers. You’ll identify opportunities, educate prospects, negotiate agreements, and close new accounts.

What You’ll Do- Own and develop a multi‑state territory across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face prospecting
- Establish new used cooking oil (UCO) collection accounts
- Build relationships within Mandarin‑speaking business communities
- Conduct meetings with restaurant owners, operators, food manufacturers, and decision‑makers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements
- Close new accounts and drive territory growth
- Develop long‑term customer relationships
- Partner with operations to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
- Represent Greasecycle professionally in the marketplace

- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of prospecting, generating leads, and closing new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
- Experience selling to restaurants, food manufacturers, distributors, food‑service operators, or hospitality businesses
- Existing relationships within Mandarin‑speaking restaurant or food manufacturing communities
- Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activity
- Experience in environmental services, recycling, logistics, route‑based services, fuel, food service, waste, or related industries
$50,000 Base Salary - Uncapped Commission Structure $85,000 - $135,000+ On‑Target Earnings Monthly Performance Bonuses
