THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a driven and highly motivated Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing brokerage operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of carrier partners across North America, ensuring consistent and reliable capacity to support our customers’ freight needs.
You will play a critical role in the execution of shipments by sourcing carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and matching capacity to demand in real time. Acting as a key link between carriers and internal teams, you will help solve day‑to‑day transportation challenges and ensure freight moves efficiently and on schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Source and develop carrier capacity across North American lanes using load boards, cold outreach, and existing networks
- Negotiate rates with carriers to secure profitable coverage while maintaining margin targets
- Match carrier capacity to open freight quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment
- Manage shipments end‑to‑end including Track & trace, Proactive check calls, Exception handling and issue resolution
- Provide timely, accurate updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Build and maintain long‑term carrier relationships to ensure consistent capacity
- Meet daily KPIs in a high‑volume brokerage setting
- 2–4 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, sales, or a customer‑facing role (carrier sales or brokerage experience strongly preferred)
- Strong phone presence
-comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls - Competitive, results‑driven attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a TMS is a plus but not required
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is an asset
