Durham, NC 27707. Salary Range: $4,000.00 - $25,000.00 Base+Commission/month. Sales Consultants – Salary + Commission. Newly Opened 48,000 Sq. Ft. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Facility. Sport Durst Automotive Group – Durham, NC.

Top earnings can earn well over $100k annually with top associates earning $20,000 to $25,000 monthly. $4,000.00 monthly minimum guarantee for 60 days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles, answering questions, and providing an outstanding experience.
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of vehicle inventory and services.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations that highlight key product features and benefits.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through networking and relationship building.
  • Conduct follow‑up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Create and perform professional vehicle demonstrations.
  • Keep Sales Managers informed on appointments, goals, and customer progress.
  • Maintain a positive, goal‑driven attitude every day.
