We are looking for an experienced Client Partner to drive account growth, farming, and strategic expansion across key Med Tech and Engineering Services accounts. This role requires a relationship-driven professional with strong account management capabilities and proven experience managing mid-to-large enterprise customers.

• Own and grow strategic client accounts within the Med Tech and Engineering Services domain.
• Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling of Client capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership teams and key decision-makers.
• Develop long-term account growth strategies aligned to customer business priorities.
• Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure customer success and high satisfaction.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into sustainable revenue streams.
• Manage account governance, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.

• 10–18 years of experience in account management/client partnering within Engineering Services or ER&D organizations.
• Proven experience in account farming and expansion.
• Strong track record managing mid-to-large enterprise accounts.
• Domain expertise in Medical Devices / Med Tech is highly preferred.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience working with global engineering services firms.
• Strong understanding of engineering transformation and digital engineering offerings.
• Ability to manage complex customer ecosystems across multiple business units.
