As the Program Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that supports major Center initiatives, research activities, student programs, and operational excellence across the Center for Child and Family Policy. What You'll Do:

  • Financial Management and Business Operations (35%)
  • Program and Project Administration (25%)
  • Communications and Content Development (20%)
  • Office Management and Executive Support (20%)

What You Bring:

  • Education & Experience:

    Bachelor's degree; 1 year of experience in program administration, OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Four years of progressively responsible experience in project management, including complex projects involving multiple functional groups. Experience in medical education/publishing, clinical research, or medical product development is desired OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
  • Required Skills:

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reconciliation, and reporting. Excellent writing, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively across teams. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred

    Skills:

    Experience with digital media, video editing, Word Press, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or social media. Familiarity with Duke University or academic research environments. Demonstrated leadership and initiative in managing complex responsibilities or projects.

Anticipated Pay Range:
Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $44,766.00 to USD $71,706.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Your total compensation goes beyond the dollars on your paycheck.
