Territory: North Carolina

Jellycat is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the state of North Carolina. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of luxury retail accounts, growing sales, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring brand compliance and awareness. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale retail territory sales management. Experience representing a premium or luxury brand is preferred, but not required.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• At least 5+ years of experience in territory sales management (luxury/premium brand experience preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint (reporting and quarterly reviews)
• Represent the brand and promote awareness within the assigned territory
• Identify and secure new luxury accounts while maintaining relationships with existing ones
• Manage merchandising, visual displays, and product presentation in retail stores
• Provide quarterly updates to leadership and assist with product feedback
• Travel at least three days a week within the territory; perform administrative tasks remotely
• Valid Driver's License (required for travel)
