Bellman & Symfon North America Inc. ( ) is currently looking for a highly qualified and motivated hands-on Sales Manager / Director for the US/North America.

As Sales Manager / Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in building our distribution network, driving revenue growth, developing a high-performing team, and shaping the future of our North American business.
Reporting directly to the CEO of Bellman & Symfon North America Inc., you will lead the tactical and operational execution of our growth strategy, with full P&L responsibility. Working across US and Canadian channels - including federal, state, and provincial programs, distribution partners, and e-commerce - you will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to accelerate sales performance.
As part of a small, entrepreneurial team, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact from day one. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of growing sales for hardware-related consumer products, who thrives on building teams, creating new opportunities, and delivering sustainable business growth. You will also collaborate with colleagues across Europe and Asia, contributing to the success of a truly international organization.
Skills- Bachelor’s degree in business, ideally with a major in marketing.
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience in medical devices, selling to healthcare professionals and procuring government contracts. Experience in US Federal or State government channels is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a sales territory and key accounts, with a deep understanding of distribution and procurement dynamics.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams, driving success through leadership and mentorship.
- Proven ability to open and develop new accounts, expanding market presence and building long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills, balancing vision with hands-on implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing market trends, conducting research, and preparing sales forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience and hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot.
- E-commerce:
Professional e-commerce sales experience in hardware consumer products is meriting.
