wA growing automotive manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market share across key accounts. This individual will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and executing sales strategies that support long-term revenue growth

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-maker
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing account
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, product development, and marketing teams to support customer requirements and business objective
- Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, forecasting activities, and account planning effort
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunitie
- Analyze sales performance and account metrics to support strategic decision-makin
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information within CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale relationship managemen
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry event
- Travel as needed to support customers and business development activitie
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within a manufacturing environme
- Experience supporting automotive, industrial, engineered products, or related manufacturing markets preferr
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skil
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abiliti
- Ability to analyze market data, sales metrics, and customer tren
- Experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM platfor
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
