Role Overview

The Outreach Executive (OE) develops relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors, encouraging them to become patients at Oak Street Health. OEs work closely with Outreach Managers, Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory.

Core Responsibilities
  • Generate leads by effectively engaging Medicare seniors through event execution and local community outreach.
  • Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing program awareness by attending scheduled meetings and learning about new service updates, work streams, and initiatives.
  • Prospect and cold‑call new leads assigned to you, and pursue additional lead channels such as digital leads or leads generated by other OEs.
  • Nurture prospective patients via email, phone, and networking, while pursuing new patient prospects with an ambitious mentality.
  • Collaborate with your Community Relationship Manager, Outreach Manager, Outreach Director, and other OEs to drive lead generation with community members or insurance agents (IAs).
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage them and drive new patient growth in the assigned territory.
  • Capture and record customer information and sales activity in the CRM and other business systems.
  • Act as point of contact for the clinical/center team if center staff have questions about the patient.
  • Resolve concerns and complaints of new prospects and patients by working with them to understand the issue or directing them to an appropriate Oak Street employee.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people.
  • Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Team player and contributor to overall team effectiveness.
  • Sales and/or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by community members (where necessary).
  • U.S. work authorization.
Compensation

Typical pay range for this role: $18.50 – $35.29 per hour (or base annual salary). The actual base salary offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
