Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment. The primary responsibilities include understanding customer equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude, and performing administrative tasks required to support the sales process.
Responsibilities- Support telephone and walk‑in customer inquiries regarding equipment rentals.
- Understand customer equipment needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms and place orders with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Provide professional customer service at all times.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
- Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and telephone skills.
- Solid computer and administrative skills.
- Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish or another language may be preferred in some locations.
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $21.38 - $25.38 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, education, training, and/or experience.
