Direct Auto Area Sales Manager - Raleigh NC Area

Overview

The Direct Auto Area Sales Manager will manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes of a specific metropolitan region while actively seeking new vendors to join the Lendmark Financial Services dealer network.

• Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers.
• Manage and maintain dealer relationships.
• Train dealer personnel.
• Update senior leaders on industry trends.
• Address dealer service issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Manage risk relative to the position.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field.
• Ability to be effective in product/service presentation, negotiation, and final closings.
• Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision, self-starter.
• Ability to be effective in dealer servicing and retention.

The salary range is competitive based on duties, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the selected candidate. The position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
