Four Oaks Senior Living is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing across multiple senior living communities. The role focuses on driving occupancy, building strong community relationships, and executing local marketing initiatives to attract new residents.
You will manage lead pipelines, mentor the sales teams, and track occupancy metrics. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in senior living sales/marketing are preferred, with CRM/Yardi proficiency and a valid driver’s license
