AVP, Field Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Sell regional and store level client leadership on the benefits of our products.
• Maintain relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Attend market/store meetings and develop in-store product execution strategies.
• Exceed customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding established Client Satisfaction survey target goals.
• Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs.
• Develop annual marketing plan for stores to support business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Field.
• Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years Client Relationship Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Demonstrates expertise in Client Relationship Management and outside sales, with a strong ability to develop and present marketing strategies that align with business goals. Proficient in utilizing MS Office tools to enhance communication and reporting.
