Compensation

$52,500–$57,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

What You'll Do

As the Service Advisor
, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service team. You'll manage repair orders from start to finish while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and keeping shop operations running efficiently.

Customer Service

Welcome customers professionally and create a positive first impression.

Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates.

Follow up after repairs to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Service Operations

Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately.

Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.

Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and the parts department.

Schedule repairs to maximize shop efficiency and productivity.

Ensure billing accuracy and complete documentation.

Participate in daily shop meetings.

Communicate effectively with technicians and management.

Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-focused service department.

Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the shop.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in diesel, automotive, fleet, or heavy equipment repair.

Experience with Karmak or other shop management software.

Knowledge of commercial truck maintenance and repair.

Schedule

Full-Time

Rotating Saturday schedule shared among the Service Advisor team.

Schedule provided in advance.
