This player-coach role involves running morning meetings, riding with new reps for in-field training, and holding the team accountable to weekly install targets while continuing to close your own deals.
You will report on team performance to ownership, identify high-potential reps for promotion, and collaborate with operations on territory coverage. Must be willing to be in the field daily.
