In this role, you will act as a core sales leader, driving agent productivity, performance, and retention through hands‑on coaching and accountability.

• Deliver new agent onboarding, certification, and ongoing sales training.
• Coach and mentor agents through one-on-one sessions, role‑playing, and performance reviews. Not a player‑coach role.
• Partner with sales leadership to improve conversion rates and closing results.
• Evaluate agent performance through KPI tracking and accountability coaching.
• Develop training materials and lead office workshops to increase sales effectiveness.

• Proven experience in sales leadership, coaching, or training.
• Experience leading and developing teams of 15+ sales professionals.
• Deep understanding of residential real estate sales.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
