Pawn Broker​/Sales Associate (Durham

Picasso Pawn is seeking a reliable, sales-driven Salebroker/Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers daily, and working toward performance goals.

We are looking for team members who are dependable, coachable, and motivated to grow in a customer-focused sales environment.

• Assist customers with processing pawn loans, sales, and buys.
• Explain financing and our in-store Flex Credit Program.
• Make follow-up calls regarding pawn loans and layaways.
• Meet monthly sales goals and attendance standards.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced setting.

• Standing, lifting merchandise, and moving throughout the shift
• Working in a fast-paced environment

• Performance and attendance standards
• Learning product knowledge and store procedures

• 3-5 years of sales experience (required)
• Sales-driven, friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Retail and restaurant experience is a Plus!
• Bilingual is a plus!

• Monday-Saturday, 9:00AM-6:00PM
• Closed Sundays
• 36-40 hours per week
• Saturday availability required

$18.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
