Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate
$15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission on all transactions.
Commission potential: up to 8% of transaction profit, which may add an average of $1.00 per hour on top of the hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The Retail Sales Associate works with the entire store team to deliver customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. Responsibilities include greeting, engaging, and assisting customers with sales, loans, and other transactions across a wide range of merchandise, including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).
Responsibilities- Greet and interact with all customers to build rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Perform non‑management open/close procedures.
- Maintain a clean, stocked sales floor and presentable merchandise displays.
- Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cash and negotiable items following company policies and regulations.
- Answer incoming calls per company standards.
- Communicate legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Collaborate with coworkers and managers using respectful and effective communication tools.
- Partner with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
- Complete assigned training successfully.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting) in accordance with law.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve items from exterior storage areas.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient basic math calculations.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Willing to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate and able to operate Point‑of‑Sale (POS) and common office machines.

Commission Plan InformationThe commission incentive plan is proprietary. Pawnbrokers may earn 2‑8% commission based on the gross profit of their personal performance. More details are provided during the interview process.
