No insurance experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and support you need to grow in the insurance industry.

• Welcome and assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Answer questions and help customers with their insurance needs.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients and lead.
• Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on their options.
• Support the agency with customer service, sales, and day-to-day office needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Participate in training and professional development.
