Position Title: Foot & Ankle Sales Representative
What you will do- As a Foot & Ankle Sales Representative, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Foot & Ankle products that meet customer needs. You will become the resident Foot & Ankle expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- You will live your work by meeting the extreme demands of Foot & Ankle, focusing on impact on lives rather than hours.
- You will organize materials and sort possible solutions quickly during operating room consultations.
- You will meticulously manage and maintain your inventory of products and be prepared to assist customers whenever the need arises.
- Your knowledge of your products and competitors builds credibility with surgeons, enabling you to provide informed advice and training on products and tools used to save lives.
- You will drive sales by promoting and selling Stryker Foot & Ankle products that contribute to improved healthcare outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of the two).
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.).
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals in respective areas would be beneficial.
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments.
- Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours as required.
- Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (Adva Med) by maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting organizational assets, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations, accreditation and licensure requirements, and Company policies and procedures.
