Plumbing Sales Consultant​/Estimator

Happy Home is hiring a Plumbing Sales Consultant/Estimator to grow our residential and light commercial plumbing business. In this role, you'll visit customer sites, assess plumbing needs, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals. You'll explain service options, answer questions, and guide customers toward the best solutions while building long-term relationships. Working closely with field technicians, you'll confirm scopes, ensure jobs are priced correctly, and support smooth project handoffs.

The ideal candidate has strong plumbing knowledge, proven sales skills, reliable follow-through, and comfort working primarily in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and commercial plumbing sales consultations
• Assess plumbing needs and develop accurate estimates and proposals
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and pricing for plumbing projects
• Build and maintain relationships with residential and light commercial clients
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with plumbing technicians to confirm job details and feasibility
• Perform site visits to verify conditions and measurements
• Use CRM or sales software to track leads, quotes, and pipeline
• Educate customers on solutions, options, and warranties
• Ensure code compliance and coordinate scheduling with operations
