Bilingual Sales Representative

• Assist the sales team to help attain sales goals
• Travel on-site to business-to-business customer locations to assist in selling products and services to end users
• Build friendly, professional relationships with on-site contacts and customers while promoting the Custom Fit program
• Overcome employee objections to the Custom Fit service model
• Provide employees with safety footwear information and product advice
• Collaborate effectively with Key Account Executives, RAMs, and the Inside Sales Support team
• Assist in resolving customer complaints by communicating with appropriate team members
• Assist with fittings and support the sales team
• Provide a positive customer experience

• Ability to travel 80% of the time and overnight
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred but not required
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish fluently
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• PC skills including intermediate skill level of experience using Microsoft Suite applications
• Previous experience in sales is a plus, but candidates starting their career are considered
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to secure a rental car
