Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations at the healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.;
Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, property damage, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.;
Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed, contributing to a welcoming environment.
