Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff following Allied Universal security-related procedures and policies.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and coordinate with first responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter.;
Monitor access points and common areas; assist with visitor directions and way finding; support patient and staff flow.;
Complete incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity logs; communicate status updates to supervisors.
