Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas and the exterior perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, assist with visitor management and badging processes;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and/or public responders;
Complete routine documentation such as incident reports, activity logs, and shift pass-downs
