Security Officer - Unarmed Perimeter Driver

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and security-related procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and property activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with directing visitors, deliveries, and contractor traffic according to site guidelines;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, documenting actions taken, and requesting assistance from site leadership and/or public services when needed;
Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and activity reports, and communicate pertinent information to oncoming personnel and property management contacts
