Provide customer service within a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, patient visitor and staff concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas while reporting security-related issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Support access control activities, assist with directions and general information, and document incidents and/or observations according to site protocols.
