Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and help to document and communicate observed conditions to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and help to report unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards while following site-specific protocols and post orders.;
Support a professional atmosphere by offering directions, assistance, and information to visitors and staff while helping to address security-related concerns as they arise.
