Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff while conducting security-related procedures and emergency response activities.;
Perform regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and suspicious behavior per post orders.;
Document observations and share relevant information with property management and emergency personnel as needed.;
Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with directions and general inquiries.
