Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe site conditions to help to identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that may need to be reported.;
Support daily property operations by documenting observations, assisting with visitor directions, and communicating professionally with tenants, contractors, and/or local responders when needed.
