Security Officer Morning Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or policy violations at the location.;
Support day-to-day operations by communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed, while maintaining detailed logs, reports, and other security-related records.
