Security Guard Part Time Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify authorized access when required, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions;
Support property operations by assisting with visitor directions, observing vendor and delivery activity, and maintaining detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required site documentation
