What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.

* Monitor access points and report security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures.

* Support hospital and medical staff with directional assistance, visitor interactions, and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

* Be at least 21 years of age.

* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
